Anyone figure out how to remove the requirement to have a password at all? Even weak requires you put in at least a character. I would like to not have to put a password at all. I can go into the user manager and "set password" and leave it blank but I would prefer to allow me to add users via the dashboard without a password.
No, I am not interested in discussing why I should have a password..

From memory and it might not be the same for Vail.
-Click Start, run (Or windows Key then R).
-Type secpol.msc
-Account policies
-password policy
- Sure you'll get the rest
