I installed WSUS on the server and it's working as expected.
However I noticed in the shared folders for the server it now lists UpdateServicePackages, WSUSContent and WSUSTemp.
I'm guessing they need to be shared to allow the other PC's in the network to grab the updates. Is there a way to hide this from showing in the WHS shares section?

This is normal, and I used the Dashboard application to hide them so they are not visible via the Windows Explorer application.

I don't see an option on the Dashboard to hide the share. Just Move/Stop sharing, etc. Can you share with me how you would hide them from being seen when going to \\Server?

You are correct it is not possible to hide the folders. I moved the folder to the same drive I reserved for WSUS and changed porperties to no access for all of the WHS users. The folder is still visable, but not accessable to users.
