So, I remember someone saying that the WHS is not meant to be powered down on a daily basis. The Dell server is almost hitting 3 years in age so thought to extend it's life and to save some power. Can I auto power down the WHS every night (we do backups during the day now) and have it completely off for the weekend?
Have pretty old version of Lights Out and Autoexit installed. Any thoughts?

the boot process can be hard on the hardware, but if you're sleeping/resuming it, it should be more than fine.
