I am having trouble connecting a computer my WHS. Two other PC's have connected successfully, but I cannot map a network drive on one PC. I also cannot connect to the server via the Home Server Control Center. It's probably some simple setting on the PC, but I just can't figure it out.

Here are the details of the setup:

Server: HP MediaSmart Server 1TB
Machine: HP with XP Home 2002 Edition Service Pack 3

When I use the HP MediaSmart Server - Control Center I get the following error:

\\SERVERNAME\, The network path not found.

When I attempt to Map Network Drive, I get the following errors:

\\SERVERNAME\Users\username = The network path \\SERVERNAME\Users\username could not be found

\\SERVERNAME\Public = The network path \\SERVERNAME\Public could not be found

I can ping the server from a command window with the IP address and server name:

I ran the Connector Troubleshooter and I receive no errors from that.

When I go to the Home Server Console and try to access the files from the Shared Folders section, I get the same errors as
above: "\\SERVERNAME\folder, The network path was not found."

I can connect via the internet and remote access.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Yes I did. I shut down and restarted both the server and PC and still no luck with a connection.
