Server slows right down

i cant seem to get my movies working right, after install my server slows right down and in the addins tab it shows that i have no addins, which i do, after uninstalling manualy (dont uninstall proberly) my server returns to normal and my addins re-appear in the addins tab, it a shame this progeam is not working as i'd realy like to try it

i will try again oneday

does anyone have any ideas why this could be happening?
