Hello, I have reviewed the site and was unable to find an answer.
I have an ss4200-e connected to a vpn router 192.168.1.1 all the computers on the router can see the server. I have another computer (off-site) connected to a vpn router 192.168.2.1. The computer can see the backup and public folders. The intel client software and retrospect cannot see the server. My question...I would like to use retrospect to automatically backup my off-site computer. Can it be done?

Don't think this has anything to do with the model, suggest you try again in the networking section.
