The last time I heard of a WHS C drive being eaten up like this it was because something was connecting to its web server a few hundred times per minutes and the logs were growing non stop.
If your server is not letting you log in "normally" because there's not enough space you'll need to make some. I suggest you check how much space is used by the folders in C:\Windows\System32\Logfiles, I wouldn't be surprised if they were filling your disk.

Any luck?
I've got the same problem on a HP StorageWorks x500. I found folders located in C:\fs\1IT\DE\folders\ that look like they contain the backup files for the client computers. I'll be calling HP shortly, and I'll post their response if it is helpful.
Edit: C:\fs\1IT... was a red herring, apparently that is a mount point for something on the data drive. The problem is huge log files in C:\WINDOWS\system32\LogFiles\W3SVC1.

Hey gang...I've been dealing with the same thing. Check this post: Clicky-click!
I had the same windows pop up for me this morning. Profile corrupted etc etc. I went into my log files located here:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows Home Server\logs
You have to make sure your settings for Tools\Folder Options\View "Show hidden files and folders" is checked or you wont see the above folder. Then sort by size...I had 1 file that was over 13 gigs...
Hope this helps...
